Backed by a 3-year warranty on the frame and motor and a 1-year warranty on the electronics and battery, this wheelchair is built to last. It features a 360-degree universal intelligent joystick for smooth and precise control.

Customization Options

The MAJESTIC IQ-8000 offers a lightweight frame with two battery sizes to choose from, allowing you to select the best option for your needs. You can also personalize your wheelchair by choosing from four frame colors and four cushion colors, ensuring that your chair suits your unique style.

Comfort Features

Designed for maximum comfort, the MAJESTIC IQ-8000 comes with a memory foam gel insert cushion and a silicone cushion for superior support. Additionally, it includes a practical under-seat storage bag to hold your belongings, making it perfect for everyday use and travel.

Battery Options and Range

The standard 12AH lithium-ion battery is airline and cruise-approved, providing a driving range of up to 13 miles. For those needing a longer range, the optional 20AH lithium-ion battery extends the range to up to 19 miles, though it is not approved for air or sea travel. Both battery options can be charged either while installed in the wheelchair or independently for added convenience.

Battery and Charger Options

• The MAJESTIC IQ-8000 offers two battery choices: a 288WH (24V, 12AH) lithium-ion battery and a 480WH (24V, 20AH) lithium-ion battery.
• The 12AH battery is approved for air and sea travel, offering a range of up to 13 miles.
• The 20AH battery, which has a longer range of up to 19 miles, is not approved for airline or cruise travel. Both batteries require 6 to 8 hours of charging. They can be charged using a standard home outlet.
• The charging specifications for both batteries are AC 100 – 240V, 50Hz, with 1.5 – 5 amperes.
• The wheelchair comes with a 24V 2A charger. For faster charging of the 20AH battery, a 24V 3A charger is recommended (sold separately).

Range

• The lithium-ion battery ensures an efficient performance with a considerable range:
• The 12AH battery offers up to 13 miles (21 km).
• The 20AH battery delivers up to 17 miles (27 km).
• Please note that various factors such as driving habits, weather conditions, terrain, and load may affect the range.

Motor Specifications

• The IQ-8000 is powered by two 250W motors, working independently to provide a combined total power of 500W.
• These motors deliver a torque of 1.1Nm, allowing the wheelchair to navigate inclines of up to 6 degrees with ease.

Intelligent Electromagnetic Brakes

• The MAJESTIC IQ-8000 is equipped with intelligent electromagnetic brakes, offering enhanced safety and smoother braking.
• These brakes provide precision control, reduce wear and tear, and require less maintenance compared to traditional braking systems.

Travel-Friendly Design

• The 12AH (288WH) lithium-ion battery is approved by most airlines and cruise lines, while the 20AH (480WH) battery may not be accepted.

Controller (Joystick)

The IQ-8000 is equipped with a weather-resistant, 360-degree joystick controller, featuring:

Remote Controller

Speed Settings

The IQ-8000 provides five speed settings, with a maximum speed of 4 mph. The speed levels are as follows:

• Speed 1: 20% of maximum speed
• Speed 2: 40% of maximum speed
• Speed 3: 60% of maximum speed
• Speed 4: 80% of maximum speed
• Speed 5: 100% of maximum speed

Seating Area Width

Choose between two seating options for the IQ-8000:

• 17.5” wide seat
• 20” wide seat (IQ-8000 Plus) The seat width is measured at the widest point between the bars supporting the armrests.

Cushions and Backrest

• For maximum comfort, the IQ-8000 comes with a memory foam cushion featuring cooling gel inserts.
• An optional leather cushion and backrest are also available for added comfort and easy cleaning.

• The IQ-8000 is built with an aircraft-grade aluminum alloy frame, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion.

• The auto-reclining feature adds 6 lbs to the chair’s weight.

Loading Capacity

• The non-reclining IQ-8000 and IQ-8000 Plus can support up to 330 lbs.
• The auto-reclining versions of both models can support up to 310 lbs.

Wiring and Electronics

• The wiring, connectors, processor, motors, and controller of the IQ-8000 are weather-resistant, withstanding light rain and winds.
• However, none of the electronics are waterproof, so the wheelchair should be kept away from heavy rain or submerged in water.

Headrest

• The reclining IQ-8000 model includes a headrest.
• The non-reclining version does not come with a headrest, but one can be purchased separately from our accessories page (https://www.comfygomobility.com/collections/accessories).

FDA Approval

The IQ-8000 is FDA-approved and UL tested for safety and reliability.

Travel Bag

Warranty

The IQ-8000 comes with the following standard warranty:

• 3-year warranty on the frame
• 1-year warranty on the motor, battery, and electronic parts. Optional ComfyGO Care and ComfyGO Care+ warranties are available:
• ComfyGO Care: Up to 2 years of coverage for batteries and electronics.
• ComfyGO Care+: Up to 3 years of coverage for batteries and electronics. These warranties can be purchased within 90 days of the delivery date.

Maintenance
