Battery and Charging

The COMFYGO X-7 is available with one or two 7.5AH lithium-ion batteries, featuring a quick-release function for easy removal and travel. These airline- and cruise-approved batteries charge in 6–8 hours and can be powered via a standard home outlet (AC 100–240V, 50Hz, 1.5–5A). The chair includes a 24V 2A charger, with an optional 24V 3A charger available for faster charging.

Batteries can run simultaneously and charge while installed or removed, offering maximum flexibility.

Travel Range

A single 7.5AH battery delivers up to 10 miles per charge, while dual batteries extend the range up to 19 miles. Actual range may vary based on usage, terrain, load weight, and environmental factors.

Dual Motor System

Equipped with two 250W brushless silent motors (total 500W), the X-7 offers smooth, quiet performance and can handle inclines up to 9° with a motor torque of 1.1 Nm.

Intelligent Braking

Warranty

The X-7 comes with a standard warranty: 3 years on the frame, 1 year on the motor, 1 year on the battery, and 1 year on electronic components. Additionally, you can purchase an optional ComfyGO Care warranty for up to 2 years of additional coverage on the battery and electronics. For even more peace of mind, ComfyGO Care+ offers up to 3 years of coverage. These warranties are available for purchase within 90 days of your delivery date.
